1. Who operates this service
Kings Community Verification is operated by the administrators of Kings Community (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It is a Telegram bot and supporting website used to administer membership requirements, verify channel membership, and support community activity rules. The website at verify.kingscommunityv.in publishes information about the service; the bot performs the community verification functions.
2. Information we collect or process
Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, the service may process the following information:
- Telegram account and group information: your Telegram numeric user ID, public Telegram username and display name (if available), group membership status, and the group or channel identifiers needed to check membership.
- Required-channel verification: whether your Telegram account is a member of each channel configured as required by the community, the result and time of a membership check, and whether a check passed or failed.
- YouTube verification information: if YouTube verification is enabled and you choose to connect a Google Account, information returned by the Google/YouTube service that is necessary to identify the connected YouTube channel and check the requested subscription status. This may include channel identifiers, channel names, subscription status, and verification timestamps, depending on the Google permissions requested and the API response.
- Community activity and moderation records: message or activity counts used to enforce the community's daily message limit, warning counts, verification attempts, and records used to prepare community activity reports. The bot may process message metadata or message events to count activity; this policy does not mean that the bot reads or stores the content of every message.
- Technical and security information: diagnostic or server logs generated when the bot or website operates, such as timestamps, error details, and request information, to the extent those are generated by the hosting platform or application.
We do not ask users to provide their Google password to Kings Community. Google account authentication, when used, is handled through Google's authorization page.
3. How we use information
We use the information above only for operating and protecting Kings Community Verification, including to:
- check whether a member has joined the required Telegram channels;
- perform the YouTube subscription check that the member has chosen to complete, when that feature is enabled;
- show verification results and identify which requirements remain incomplete;
- apply configured community rules, including message limits and warning procedures;
- prepare daily activity and membership-compliance reports for authorized community administrators;
- notify members about required-channel changes or verification requirements;
- troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, sell it, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the user-facing verification feature described in this policy.
4. Google and YouTube data; OAuth permissions
If you choose YouTube verification, you may be redirected to a Google authorization page. Google will show the permissions requested by the application. We request only the permissions configured for the verification feature. The exact data available to the bot depends on the scopes approved by Google and the YouTube API response.
Google/YouTube data is used to complete the requested channel/subscription verification and display or record the verification result for community administration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as described in the “Sharing” section or where required by law or necessary to protect the service.
You can review or revoke the application's access in your Google Account's third-party connections page: Google Account connections. Revoking access may prevent future YouTube verification. Revocation in Google does not automatically remove records already held by the Telegram bot; contact the community administrators to request deletion of those records.
Our use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is made available only where reasonably necessary to operate the verification service:
- Authorized Kings Community administrators: may see membership and verification status, warning/activity records, and daily reports to administer the community.
- Telegram: the bot operates through Telegram's platform and Bot API. Telegram processes information under its own terms and privacy policy: Telegram Privacy Policy.
- Google and YouTube: when you choose Google/YouTube verification, authentication and API requests are handled by Google under Google's terms and privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: the bot and its supporting website rely on hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Those providers may process technical data as part of hosting, security, and delivery. They are not authorized by this policy to use Google user data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
- Legal and safety disclosures: information may be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce service rules, or protect users, the community, and the service.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Information is stored or processed in the bot's application environment and in the systems used to operate the bot. Access to administrative records and application credentials should be restricted to authorized operators. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, including membership verification, community administration, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Some verification and activity records may remain while you are a member of the community. Technical logs may be retained for a shorter operational period. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified. The actual retention period depends on the bot's configured database, logs, backups, and hosting settings.
We do not promise that deleting a Telegram message, leaving a group, or revoking Google access automatically deletes records already stored by the bot.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may stop using the service and leave the Telegram community. You may revoke Google access using the Google Account connections page above. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by the bot, contact a Kings Community administrator through the Telegram group in which the bot is used and clearly state that your request concerns privacy or data deletion. Include your Telegram username or numeric user ID so the administrator can locate the relevant record; do not send passwords, OAuth codes, or access tokens.
We will review requests and respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law and any records that must be retained for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Deletion of records may affect your ability to satisfy community verification requirements.
8. Children's privacy
The service is a community-management tool and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact a Kings Community administrator so the request can be reviewed.
9. International processing
Telegram, Google, and hosting providers may process information on servers located in countries other than the country where you live. Where this occurs, the relevant provider's terms and privacy documentation also apply.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the bot's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a material change affects how Google user data is used, we will provide any notice or consent required by applicable Google policies before using that data in the new way.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the Kings Community administrators through the Telegram community where Kings Community Verification is used. Please include “Privacy Request” in your message. Do not include your Google password, Telegram login code, or OAuth credentials.
This policy describes the intended operation of Kings Community Verification. The operator must ensure that the deployed bot, its database, logs, hosting configuration, Google OAuth scopes, and actual retention/deletion practices match these disclosures.
